ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client operates a call centre that has been in Spain over 5 years and among other provides customer service and telemarketing solutions to multinational companies.

JOB ROLE
Our client currently has an opening for an Account Manager who will be responsible for finding ISV’s (Independent Software Vendors) with interesting consumer applications. These applications could span multiple devices and operating systems, depending on marketplace availability.
You will have a wide range of incentives and marketing offerings at your disposal to help motivate ISV’s to join and submit applications for sale to the company. You will be goaled on a specific number of published applications per quarter. Minimal leads will be provided to you depending on your geography, so you should plan to do plenty of your own research to find ISVs to engage with. You should use the most effective communication strategies to achieve your goals, whether they are via phone, email, or social networking.
The nature of the account management strategy for this position is really a short term engagement with the ISV on a proactive basis. Your focus should be:
Find the ISV
Pitch the value and benefit of participation in the company
Secure their commitment to develop for the company
Remove any roadblocks or barriers to entry
Provide as positive experience as possible for the ISV
After the account management process you will have to engage with the new accounts to have a more re-active relationship, and keep your accounts updated at all time.
REQUISITIONS
Qualifications
- Fluent in GERMAN
- Four year degree (Computer Science, Technical Sales, other business or technological) or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
- At least 1 year of previous phone sales experience required
- Previous Account Management, Sales, Computer, or Software experience is a plus
Skills
- Ability to measure, report, and drive to meet _object_ives and goals
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
Other
- Occasional travel may occur
