We are a Human Resource Consulting company specialised in the recruitment and outsourcing in the IT field. For one of our clients we are looking for TSD German analysts.
The main purpose of this role is to supports the Technical Services and Support function the under the guidance of technical leads.
This includes the following responsibilities:
• Provides first line support to customers recording answers and incidents or queries and using various remote access software packages to achieve resolution
• Answers queries and resolves straightforward incidents
• Responds quickly to all queries and incidents
• Manages incidents via telephone, e-mail, web reporting or network monitoring tools
• Documents, records and updates incident details
• Ensures that the queue status remains minimal
• Monitors, tracks and reviews the progress of an incident, keeping the customer informed
• Provides basic user administration support such as password resets
Requirements
- German at native level
- Computer science degree or equivalent/Formal IT qualification, MCP, MCSE, CCNA
- Excellent knowledge environments: Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003, BLACKBERRY, Microsoft Exchange and/or Unix: Solaris, Linux, Network: router, firewalls
- Knowledge of Active Directory – Managing users / groups, Schema knowledge, Replication, DNS
- Has a basic knowledge of the individual technology area and is developing technical skills under the guidance of technical leads
- 1 to 2 years of systems Administration or Information system management experience;
- Excellent phone and communication (written and oral) skills
- Customer and service oriented
- Committed to providing quality service & results, ready to make a positive difference
- Proactive and stress resistant
- Ability to quickly learn technical information
- Ability to take decisions quickly and efficiently
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and problem solving.
